How To Live Your Dreams, NOW!

Picture yourself 5 years from now. Go ahead. Mark it out. The day (today’s date). The year (5 years from now). The hour. The place.

Use your computer’s calendar to even note the day of the week. Imagine how you might have physically changed. Perhaps you’ve lost weight. Perhaps you’re driving the car of your dreams. Perhaps you’re living in the house that you’ve always loved.

Maybe you are looking back, over the past five years (back to ‘now’) and you realize that all that you had envisioned about yourself and your life, is NOW true. Take some time, right now to allow yourself a mini, mental vacation. Go ahead. It will be fun. It is going to make you feel very good.

Where would you be in your life? What would you be doing? What time would you have awakened this morning? What does the bed look like that you woke up in? What does the room look like? See the furniture in the room. Notice the size of your master suite.

Now, as you continue to enjoy ‘your amazing life’, go inside. Imagine how you feel now that you’re living the life that you once wanted so bad and NOW you are experiencing. You are feeling amazing. You are excited. You seem to have a perpetual smile on your face, in your mind and in your heart.

As the sun glistens into your room and you feel the sheer pleasure of having achieved all that you have, you sit up in your bed and simply savor this moment. You are breathing in this amazing moment. All at once, it seems like a miracle yet, it is all and more than you’d dreamed it would be.

You climb out of bed. You look back in the bed and there is that amazing companion that you always longed for down deep inside. You think to yourself how lucky you feel to have a best friend, a connected soul, an amazing lover, a person who complements every aspect of your life. You feel fulfilled. You feel totally safe and secure. At peace within.

You notice the marble, wood, carpet or tile beneath your feet. Perhaps you’re headed to the restroom. Notice the amazing bathroom. See the bathtub exactly as you would imagine it to be. Its one that you once saw in a magazine or in a walk through in one of those ‘dream home’ tours that you made many years ago. Notice every aspect of the sinks and lighting and most importantly, how all of this feels to you. Not just physically but deep down in your soul. Its almost like you can breathe deeper than you’ve ever breathed before.

Perhaps you’re headed straight for the kitchen. You notice the amazing doors to your master suite. The furniture in the room. The walls. The ceiling. Every detail. The hallway outside of your room. The pictures on the walls. See the pictures that are hanging there. You might see amazing art. You might see pictures of you in various places around the world. You see pictures of you helping orphans in far off lands. Perhaps building schools or hospitals.

Envision and experience the sight and feelings of every step along the way.

Perhaps you’ve slipped on your robe and house shoes and you’re headed out the front door to get the newspaper. You walk to your front door. Again, fully acknowledging every aspect of your amazing home. The temperature of the house. The freshness of the air. The lighting. Every detail of the foyer of your home.

Even as you open the front door, you hear the amazing song of the morning bird as if God is saying to you, ”Welcome to my amazing morning!”

Allow yourself to live in the details of how your life is.

Once you’ve sat down to enjoy your newspaper, your cup of coffee or hot tea, you simply sit for a moment and allow yourself to breathe in the wonderment of your amazing life. You feel it deep. Your body feels good. Your soul feels good. Your emotions are happy and joyful.

You begin to think about your day. What you’re planning to do. You experience the phenomenal sense of being in charge of your time and your life. You know that your bank accounts and investments far exceed your needs. You think to yourself and congratulate yourself on having ‘more than enough’ money. You allow yourself to feel what it is like to have ‘more than enough’ of everything.

You think about charity projects that you’ve wanted to get involved in. Some that you already are connected with. You feel the satisfaction and amazement of making a difference in the world. It brings you joy like you’ve never felt before in your life. To know that lives, children, men and women, are getting to experience a better life because of actions you’ve taken to help. Maybe you recall having met these people in person. Maybe you recall the success of a project that you invested time and money in.

What is your goal for this most perfect day in your dream life? What do you want to do today? Realizing that your options are many, yet none are demanding.

Stay in this moment for as long as you can. Expand upon it. Take your time. See the details. Feel every moment. Enjoy it. Smile even as you do it. Notice the feeling in your gut. Recognize how relaxed your feel. You give thanks to your creator. You admire even yourself for having allowed all of this into your life.

Get carried away with this amazing and life changing exercise. Do it often. Everyday. Twice a day. Let the pictures and scenes become more vivid and clear. Let the feelings grow. Let the experience expand. Hear the sounds more clearly. Recognize that, ‘there is a way to live this life. There is a way to get from here to there.’

Allow trust to enter into your consciousness. Allow confidence to fill your being. Allow it into every cell of your body.

Live your dreams within now. For in so doing, you will attract that very life, just as you imagined it would be.

Euphorically,

Michael
